As the tittle indicates, I made the stupid mistake of plugging my keyboard into the motherboard HDMI port and some strange things happened. First, the keyboard started becoming unresponsive and after a few minutes windows indicated a power surge on the USB port, then the horror. PC rebooted like 4 times until if finally made it to windows but the keyboard was dead(it seemed that this was the cause of the restarts). I plugged a spare keyboard and the system has been working fine for 2 days now. My main concern is if that mistake may have caused damage to other parts of the PC, mainly the graphics card, that have yet not manisfested. Here are my specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte B250M-D3H
PSU: Seasonic M12ii 620w Evo(good unit from what I read)
RAM: 1x8gb Kingston Hyperx DDR4 2400mhz
GPU: RX 570 MSI Gaming X
CPU: Pentium G4560

As stated previosly, I want to know if there are any possible consequences from my
clumsiness and I would gladly appreciate some explanation of what happened. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.
