Question Plugged USB type C cable in ethernet port

I accidently plugged my sound amplifier Type c cable in an ethernet or regular usb port. PC shutdown instantly. Now my sound is glitching and games are all stuttering. I tried Linux and these issues aren't there. How's that possible? I already tried a fresh install of Win 10 newest version and older versions.

This never happened to me since I started using PCs 20 years ago. Do I need to change the motherboard?

Sound is glitching with integrated soundcard and with type c amplifier sound card.
