Plugging an M.2 SATA Storage on a differently keyed slot

I currently have a B350m Bazooka with specs here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B350M-BAZOOKA/Specification

It has an M keyslot for M.2.

I want to buy this samsung 860 Evo: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07822Z77M/?ref=idea_lv_dp_vv_d

It looks to have a B+M Key slot for M.2.

Since they're differently keyed keyslots, does that mean I can't use this SSD?

You can drop in any M.2 format storage device, per your manual, page 15(specifications), however your length limitations will be 2280 as the maximum length M.2 drive.
