Question Plugging in 2nd monitor causes black screen.

My main monitor is connected through DVI, and my secondary is HDMI. Whenever I plug in my second monitor both of my monitors go black but you can still hear sounds on the desktop. If I unplug the 2nd monitor then the primary stays black until I restart my PC. This never used to happen before, it began happening after reinstalling Windows to just give my PC a fresh start. I'm using the exact same drivers for the GPU that I was before, and even tried rolling them back to see if a previous version would fix it but alas, nothing. Any sort of help would be appreciated. (I've tried DDU in safe mode and wiping the drivers and reinstalling them)

What are the specs for this system (make/model of all installed components)?

MSI Z87-G45 Motherboard
Nvidia GT 630 G5
Intel I7-4770k (I know its a bottle neck but my previous card died and the GT 630 was all I had, but it gave me no issues until I reinstalled Windows Today.)
32GB DDR3 ripjaw ram 1666hz
240GB SSD Sandisk ultra II
2 1TB HDD's in raid 0 (Both the exact same WD Blue model)

What version of Windows are you running? Are you using the most recent video drivers from Nvidia and the most recent motherboard chipset drivers from Intel?

Windows 7 x64, Yes I am using the latest but previous drivers also don't work. and yes I am using the most recent chipset.
