Plugging in third monitor problem

I have an issue where I have two monitors already plugged into my GPU, and when I try to connect my third one, the screens adjust so the one I plugged in turns on, but doing so the middle one turns off. It's like my system only allows for 2 monitors to be connected for some reason. All of the cables work, all of the monitors work, and I haven't experienced any issues with my GPU (it's fairly new). I have had 3 monitors working for a while and this started happening recently.

Need more info. Which GPU? Did it work before with this GPU?

I have four monitors attached to my system. It did require the use of some active adapters however.

Right well I found the issue shortly after... and I feel stupid LUL

In my display settings on the 3rd monitor it was set to be disconnected for some reason... I had to change it back to extend
