I accidently had the PSU switched on (PC was off) while plugging wires on the MOBO and now the PC won't start at all. What could be damaged? I've tested the HDD, SSD, GPU and PSU and all of them work fine. CPU and Ram can't be tested due to different platforms. Is it possible that the mobo died? Also what are the chances that the CPU and RAM also died?

The mobo has 0 signs of life even tested with a different PSU. No sound no light, plain dead it seems.

Then it could be static electricity damaged motherboard. I would remove all components and cables, put motherboard outside case, connect just 24-pin cable from PSU and try starting it. Maybe it will get back to life.
I doubt either RAM or CPU could be damaged along the mobo. It's not impossible, but that would be a very bad luck if they got damaged.

i tried breadboarding without any luck at all. I just hope that the Ram and CPU survived as you said since im probably returning the mobo for a new one in hopes that i dont have to pick up new RAM too
