I already have a gpu so I just need everything else
used for: vid editing, gaming (mostly fortnite Minecraft and valorant) and school
and lots of rgb

Do you have any brand or color preferences? How big do you want the end result to be?

How much storage are you talking about needing for all the video editing.

A good B550 motherboard and a Ryzen 5900X with 32GB of memory would seem to fit the bill comfortably. A modest build around that shouldn't get anywhere near $2500.

I prefer rgb ram, an white case with a black pc interior,
asus for mobo and I don’t care what brand for cpu. It is my big pc refresh so I want it to be big

Stick an AMD cpu in this board, change the RAM to 3600Mhz and your good to go.
