I have a nice graphic card its a amd radeon hd8600m series but no game whould pick it neither does any software all they do is find a microsoft basic readon plz plz plz help

What do you mean no game would pick it? Do you have the latest driver?

That's a mobile video chip, the drivers you want to use with it are the ones that the laptop vendor has on their support site.
If you are running Windows 10, check for supported drivers for your system, there is a Microsoft note about the 8600m not having Windows 10 support. Make sure you run the Windows Update as well as check with the laptop vendor for drivers.

You need to load the correct driver.

Some of AMD graphic cards won't be detected correctly by the driver on AMD website therefore you need to use "AMD detect utility" which will detect your GPU and download the correct driver.
