plz help getitng low fps in csgo

i get like `150 fps when all setting our low i have a nvidia gtx 1070 amd fx 8320 16gb of ram

Having high-end GPU isn't enough for smooth gameplay. You also need to have high-end CPU to match the GPU performance.
Your CPU is outdated and for better gameplay, i suggest you upgrade your CPU.
