Plz help i want to format the pc

My pc gets Nltdr error and the keyboard doesn't works any ideas ?

there may be fixes available.... try a few of them out before resorting to formatting the drive.

however from the post description it seems that you want to format the pc (reformat) which can be done by inserting the windows disk, wiping the partitions, creating new one and formatting then installing windows. remember this would delete all data on your drive.
