Plz help! Input Signal out of Range -Error

I'm trying to play Project Cars however when i start the game immediately the monitor goes black and gives an error message "Input Signal out of Range Change settings to 1920x1080 - 60hz".

Using DVI cable plugged into motherboard

I went into the "Desktop Settings" from the driver software and it is set at 1920x1080 - 60hz

What's puzzling me the most is that this game has worked a few times after I plugged out monitor then plug back in. Ironically I play other games such as Assasin's Creed 4 and Watch Dogs and they both work fine on high settings.

What could be my problem?

Can't get into the game to do this. When I start the game it goes straight to the black screen with error above
