i buyed a new intel core 2 duo e7300 i fitted it in my motherboard after that my pc booted up but when i booted windows 7 it looped infinitely and i tried to fix it with repair disk it also won't boot up
my specs:
intel core 2 duo e7300 2.66ghz
2*2gb ddr2 400mhz ram
149gb , 80gb harddisk
256mb video memory
windows 7 and windows 10 32bit

Hi there Soumyabrata_1,

Have you reinstalled Win or you just changed the CPU and tried to boot?
If you haven't done that, you will need to perform a clean OS installation, as there are some major hardware changes in the system.

when i tried intall with my cd it also won't load up

What would not load up? Do you get some sort of an error?
Can you boot from the OS CD? You need to go to BIOS and change the boot order. Your CD should be the first boot option.
Once you boot from the CD, you need to perform clean OS installation.

i have sucessfully repaired it by updating the bios which contains new cpu microcode and bug repairs
it help me to boot
