My pc specs are
Intel pentium dual core processor E5600
P5kpl motherboard
4gb ram ddr2
Psu 600W atek
I am planning to buy a gtx 750 ti 2gb it will bottleneck ? And at what settings i can play watch dogs,gta v and many others ?

If you are getting the 750, there is a good chance you are looking at bottlenecking let alone compatibility. To play those games will have to be considered low to medium unless you are doing it on 720p. I would recommend to save up and get better parts, because that CPU is holding you back, and that memory is holding your back as well. Since you only have 4GB, it will try to do a page swapping off the hard drive, and if that is the case, it could slow down things a bit. Not to mention the power supply may not be build to follow support graphic cards. You want to make sure you have the right connectors.
