Yes the difference being a full HD monitor is doing a 1920 x 1080 (1080P) display which is larger screen size and the 'normal' resolution display now, as compared to the off 1600x900 'letterbox' size which will make the video look distorted potentially. Second you do NOT want to risk WD on Ultra, as it has ALOT of issues and performance is pretty bad for PCs now (bad porting from Console code as per FORBES.com !!! HOLY COW!) , Also depends ALOT on what hardware you have, if your not sporting at least a i7 CPU and minimally 760 Nvidia or R9 AMD you won't cut it for WD demands.
