my 1 tb seagate hdd is detected in bios as 0 MB but not detected in windows at all.

Try it in a different PC, if the same problem, then the drive is probably defective.

It's actually not being detected at all. Try with a different HDD. If it works, then you need to replace your 1 TB drive. If the other drive also doesn't work, your motherboard is faulty.
