PLZ help Motherboard problems !!

So i have a
ASUSTeK Computer INC. Rampage Formula (LGA775)
And a
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83GHz Yorkfield 45nm Technology
and i want to upgrade my CPU to a
AMD FX X4 4320
is it possible ?

It is, but not with the current motherboard.
For AMD, you'd need a AM3+ board.
