Plz Help My PC is burning....:'(

My PC get Overheated while running any heavy program.......while running any game temp.reaches at 90 degree with in 15 min.....even it become overheated while i'm unzipping anything......plz help what to do....i never overclocked it...i'm using stock fan...my config.
AMD FX8150
GB- 990x-UD3
Nvidia Quadro 2000
Stock cooling Fan (3 extra fan)
cooler master Extreme Power Plus 600w
cooler master USP 100 Chassis ..........plz help me Thanks!

Make sure that your heatsink on the CPU is properly seated and attached, and that it has thermal compound applied.
