Plz help with few problems

Hey Everyone,

Here are some problems i am having with my pc:

-occasionally it freezes
-sometimes keyboard and mouse lights go off and they don't work, even after re-plugging them. I usually have to restart my pc at this point so that they work. I have a logitech mouse and keyboard.
-pc boots a litter slower than usual although i have an ssd

Could all of these problems be due to an unstable overclock. I overclocked my ryzen 1700 to 3.7 ghz and the ram to 2800 mhz at a core voltage of 1.2. The cpu temperature ranges from 35 degrees celcius to 45 max

here are the list of components:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: GTX 780 Ti
SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB
MBD: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK (MS-7A34)

could be, u should be able to save OC profiles in most MSI MB, if so just save one, set everythink back to defualt, en see if the problem fixes it self, if so it most likely to be your OC.
first time overclocking, my just my windows would crash still mouse en would still work ETC. was not stable as wel.

5oulja, go back to original set up. Meaning not overclocking. See if that makes a difference.
