So I would like to show you guyz my build so that u can tell me ur opinion.

-AMD FX-8320 @ - 8 x 4.400 Mhz OC Unlock
-Coolermaster Hyper T4
 -8 GB Ram DDR3 1600 Mhz Ram
-1.000 GB Sata 3.0 6 Gb/s HDD
-22 x Sata DVD Dual Burner LG
-Nvidia Geforce GTX 770 2.048 MB Palit Jetstream, 10% OC, 3 Triple fan
-ASUS M5A97 R2.0
-Coolermaster 430 Elite Pure Black Tower
-2 x Cooler Master 120 mm SickleFlo Lüfter
-730W Bequiet l7

1- Is this a good and future proof graphic card?

2- Is this pc going to be good for gaming and general use? Im going to be mainly playing games like bf4 ghosts watch dogs titanfall and studying

3- Is this cooler gonna cool my pc well?

4- Is this mobo enough for me to rum the pc At 4.4mhz

5- Is my psu enough for this build? And is it good?

Solution
Seems like a solid build to me.

1. Yes the 770 will last for a while.
2. It will perform very well for games.
3. The Coolermaster Hyper T4 cools the CPU not the computer (you'll have to add case fans for that)
If you want to overclock to 4.4Ghz you'll need a better cooler than the Hyper T4, try to h80i or h100i
4. The motherboard will be fine to run at 4.4, as long as your psu and cpu cooler is good.
5. The psu is good enough.
the minimum you'll probably need is about 550-600watts

Direct heat pipes don't cover all of cpu's hotzones?
Where'd you get that information.

it would still lay flat, over the same surface area, I would like to think it would actually perform better, as it will disperse heat a lot easier rather than having it heat up the block to the heat pipes.

Go with the 8320 + 770 then, since the 770 is better than the 760. And the graphics card is more important than the CPU in gaming (since both are very capable).

How much are they charging you for it?

For a person who doesn't know anything about computers, pre-built systems sometimes would be a better buy, as it's less tedious to put together everything.

Unless you want to watch some youtube videos and google some instructions on how to put together some parts :)
