Also im gonna be using it for gaming and video editing and im gonna try to get the EVGA rtx 3060 card
and will the stock cooler for the CPU be good enough to cool it.

The psu is a terrible unit.
I highly recommend replacing it.
Try to get the 3060Ti,the extra 4gb Vram the 3060 has wont help you at all in gaming.
Everything else is perfect.
I suppose you are going to use the stock cooler that comes with the 5600X?

Also im kinda in a tight budget SO i cant afford the 3060 ti gpu but i can trade in for a New psu
