I mean it's hard to rate it if you can't see it if it's that way you want it, but i got the same specs, little bit of an faster SSD, but good when it comes to performance in games.

- Where's your cooler and Power Supply?
- 1070 is kinda of overkill @1080p 60Hz, maybe you wanna step up to 144Hz?

Aside from that, pretty solid build, shall max-out any game you wish

What PSU is holding it all together? Some generic junk will make the difference between "solid build" and "good luck"

You might have been able to put a Kaby Lake i5 + Z270 board together for similar pricing, and the 1070 is a little overkill for 1080p/60hz but, other than that (and the PSU and cooler), it's decent and should serve you well.
