This configuration will play everything.
Unless you need the extra cores/threads i7 10700K offers, i would absolutely go with this i5.
The gaming performance is similar.
The motherboard is solid.
I couldn't find any B560 motherboards in white, for a reasonable price ofcourse.
The motherboard will allow overclocking, if you ever upgrade to a unlocked cpu.
Offers solid VRM's, 3200MHz ram support, tons of modern features and a nice design.
The AIO will be enough, since the 11400 doesnt pull much watts anyway.
1TB M.2 as requested, 500GB would've been filled up fast, trust me.
3070 will be able to deliver 60FPS across above mentioned titles, im not sure about the settings but i assume high settings with RTX will not be a problem for it.
The case is basically a 4000D Airflow, but with glass panel on the front.
There are cutouts on the side's of the front panel, so some air can get through.
The main reason is choose 4000X over 4000D airflow is because of the 3 preinstalled RGB fans it comes with.
2x16GB is overkill for gaming, but i understand if you want to stay future proof.
The PSU has 750W, a platinum efficiency rating and good build quality, both inside and out. Warranty of 10 years (i believe).
