in my opinion since i also live in india like OP i strongly suggest the gigabyte geforce GTX 660 non ti edition for only rs.17k from flipkart
other than that the sapphire 7850 non oc model costs 15k and is a great buy as well.
decide between these two.

If your budget is 24k you can easily get a gigabyte 660 ti which retails for 20k in flipkart.With your setup you should try to get as much gpu power as possible.The gigabyte 670 ~26k will be the best option if you can spend the extra buck.

http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-amp-geforce-gtx-670-zt-60302-10p-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdbc7vs73gmymw?pid=GRCDBC7SDMMPPNJU&ref=f7d292f1-1fec-413c-8059-e333629e42f5&srno=t_6&otracker=from-search&query=GTX%20670

But it is currently out of stock!!!

You should buy a GTX 670 AMP! (2 GB Gddr5) graphic card

REASONS - It has 2 Cooling Fans
------------- Zotac is a trustable brand in India
------------- I have had experience with this card . It is a Silent monster.
------------ -Not much power supply needed (Cooler Master GX 650 Watts should do well)
------------ -2560 x 1600 Maximum Digital Resolution
------------ -PCI Express 3.0 x 16 Bus Standard( so the data transfer rate will be excellent)
--------------256-bit, 2 GB DDR5 Memory with 6608 MHz
------------- Best Thing -----WARRANTY is for 5 years

It is better then GTX680 stock and could outperforms Radeon 7970HD too.

This amp edition is actually a factory overclocked version and it outperforms the stock/reference gtx 680.
and 5k cheaper then gtx 680. which you can use to upgrade your RAM or invest in SSD if you don't have one.

so thumbs up for this GPU from me.

I would say Zotac {I Own 2 Cards GTX 670 and GTX 550 Ti(Both ZOTAC)} of course on 2 diff computers !!!!
Forsa is also a good brand.
But the one that wins my vote is Zotac...

Gigabyte has a little slower GPU clock speed

On Gtx 670 i get BF3 (61 FPS) on GTX 550 Ti (49 FPS)

GTX 670

This card is the beast and it beats GTX 680 in many areas.
Even with less CUDA cores this card is more overclockable than GTX 680 and if we compare with overclocked GTX 680 then it gives only 3-5 FPS less in all modern game for INR 8000 less price and that is huge saving.
No wonder this one got so many award...even more than GTX 680.
Its more clock frequency compensates its less CUDA core than GTX 680.
Conclusion: This card in marker broke GTX 680's value all the way.
Now its wise decision to buy this one instead of GTX 680
AMD Radeon HD 6850 has micro - stuttering problems!!!
No matter how much you play around with the settings you wont get over micro - stuttering in 6850 hd

I suggest you to get GTX 670 for hassle free gaming ( the best thing, it's worth it)

Idle temp : 30-35 deg and Load temp : 80-85 deg

IF the GTX 670 is going out of budget

go for the GTX 660
the link is below_____ The first one is for FORSA and the second one is for ZOTAC

The Crappermaster GX-650 is NOT a good PSU: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/11/22/cooler_master_gx_650w_power_supply_review/9 where the most apt summary comment is that it is a "polished turd in a box." Fortunately, the OP has a quality Seasonic unit, which can handle any of the cards being discussed.
In my own experience, I've had 2/4 Asus video cards fail almost immediately. Their motherboards may be great, but I cannot say the same about their video cards. I would choose XFX, HIS, or Sapphire for AMD cards, and MSI or EVGA for nVidia cards.
The biggest visible differences between brands are warranty length, factory clocks, and cooler. Since you can adjust the clocks of any card, you can ignore that as a criterion. A not so visible difference is in component quality. Cheaper cards will use lower-quality components, such as iron core chokes (rather than ferrite core) which are not as efficient, and I believe more subject to "coil whine." HIS in particular offers cheap base models (which I would not buy) known for fan problems, and much better "upscale" models that have excellent coolers. I would not get the cheapest offering of any brand; in fact it might be better to choose a more upscale GTX660Ti rather than the cheapest GTX670.

thanks a lot dear.....

now i will provide yew 2 links , yew plz suggest one of it ........ ( if yew thnk they are gud )

LINK :-
1. http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-nvidia-geforce-gtx-670-2-gb-gddr5-gv-n670wf2-2gd-graphics-card/p/itmdfbptma3gfjzg?pid=GRCDFBPSBUN4KGRT

2. http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-nvidia-geforce-gtx-660-ti-2-gb-gddr5-gv-n66twf2-2gd-graphics-card/p/itmdfbptyzqcyanq?pid=GRCDFBPSCT5ZH4SC

& i can see only two difference betwn these cards......
first is the Memory
* Gigabyte nvidia geforce GTX 670 has :- 256-bit, 2 GB GDDR5 Memory with 6008 MHz
* Gigabyte nvidia GTX 660ti :- 192-bit, 2 GB GDDR5 Memory with 6008 MHz

second thing is power supply required
* Gigabyte nvidia geforce GTX 670 has :- 550w
* Gigabyte nvidia GTX 660ti :- 450w (both the power supply dosnt make difference with my case ... as i have 620w :sol: )

so plz help me!!!

Its a great card!. I have played all my games maxed out including skyrim with texture packs and it hasn't had any trouble doing it... Now the hotest Ive seen it get was 72c running benchmarks and ultra games but it idles around 30c. Its this one:
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-2670-KR

its the closest to a "reference" nvidia card as i could get. But Now I am getting one of the best 680's money can buy right now so the 670 will just become a "Display" model!

Other than the memory bus (Which really doesn't make that much of a difference) and the 660 ti has less cores. But the actual performing difference is near slim to none but the 670 your gonna find much better results.. Since a 670 is only 5% behind a 680 in performance if you just overclock the 670 a tad
