Plzzz HELP ME

my os is completely ruined!! Help Me plz Someone

im running windows 7 ultimate
and my comp now comes up with no users and i cant log on and my installer cd doesnt work i comes up with it might be a new device thats causseing the problem but i havnt done and thing the last thig i did was run the activator tool but when it was doingin its thing my daughter switchd the power off my acedent i can boot but no user comes up and ill try putting random usere name in and it comes up with something about the domain my cd boots up with other comps but mine ive even dc my gforse gt430 1gb grafix card and nothing workd it must off happend when the scan was doin its thing iv tried evrything n my comp was running fine for like 6months befor this happent

If there's no other way, format & reinstall. Or do a repair install.

So what you're saying is your WIN7 disc is damaged?
Download an ISO image and try that if you have legit WIN7 keys.
Otherwise reset your cmos/bios and load factory defaults if something is amiss.
