There is also ssd on dimm (never reviewed on Tomshardware)

Those are SSD on memory modules, much faster than any PCIe SSD, at least for I/O

Examples are SanDisk's ULLtraDIMM SSD, or Viking's SATADIMM SSD.

Actually, the ULLtraDIMM is not faster than the NVRAM drive, particularly in sustained workloads.
The SATADIMM SSD utilizes a SATA cable to transfer data, it just plugs into the memory slot for its power. Therefore, it is no faster than a typical 6 Gb/s SATA SSD.
There are competing NVDIMM's however, that may be faster as a block or DMI device, but we would have to actually test them to verify the performance.

ULLtraDIMM is flash memory (and that specific one is an old model).

The new ones should be compared with the new PCIe SSD units.

Viking's SATADIMM just gets power from the memory bus, it uses SATA for data transfer so really no different then most ssd's.
