Cooler Master isn't very good either. Only their new stuff is good. Like the Silent Pro and GX series. I found a review that made that RS seem good though (its a Real Power Pro?). So I guess it could work, it would deffinitely be better then your last two PSUs.

Honestly I would only stick with things from Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX, Silverstone. But that one seems decent as long as it really is a "Real Power Pro".

Rosewill Destroyer with 2 top 120mm exhaust,1 front 120mm intake and 1 back 120mm exhaust(had 1 on the sidepanel but now i keep it open for better cooling).

Those cards are just really hot, there isn't much you can do, you can buy better fans though, but it might not be worth it obviously. You could install another intake near the graphics card, but that would require modding your case.

I have a Thermaltake TR2 600W and is a 80% plus. Also has a 6pin+8pin conector. This PSU can handle by my knowledge a GTX 580 or a GTX 295 as most, and really can since it has 12V1=24V+12V2=32A = 56A máx output, good enough to handle any video card with a 6pin+8pin...I have a HD4890 at the moment, but i have no doubt that can handle any 6pin+8pin (75W+150W) card outthere.
But allways go for more power in this case. A TR2 750W is more than enough for none-SLI config, since it has 4x6pin and 2x8pin conector...Can handle GTX 560 SLI or HD 6870 Crossfire easyly by the way :)
