I can get the PNY GTX 770 xlr8 oc enthusiast edition duel fan, for 400$ in Canada. Is this a good deal, and is this a good gpu to purchase. should I be looking at different brands or considering the r8 280x?

AMD GPU prices are up and a decent 280x would cost around $450, the GTX 770 xlr8 is a great card and $400 is a good price for 1080p gaming but this is even better
