If anybody here is considering buying a PNY graphics card, I hope you won't ever need technical support for it. The guy I got on the phone with about returning a bad video card was a complete d-bag. I don't know if they are all like that but I regret getting their card just to save a few bucks instead of just getting another card from EVGA. EVGA actually gives a damn about their customers.

Hey i installed every thing is running good i didn't get my 3 month free game card but i got that wow card that came with a character idk if you play 17 seconds of you wanted the code

I don't play WoW, and I really am afraid of starting it at this point... plus Elder Scrolls Online is on its way. Thanks for the offer. Despite the epic RMA saga, I hope you're at least somewhat satisfied.

New update on my old thread. Well this is fun. As you can see above my first PNY card stopped working after 1 month, and now 5 months later the new card that they replaced it with has developed moderate artifacting problems in both 2d and 3d. I called for an RMA earlier this afternoon and I'm sending it back to them tomorrow. It's annoying that I'm going to have to pay another $10 shipping it to them. Here's hoping that there will be no RMA problems. I'll update the thread after I find out what PNY is going to do.

What is a pain is that I don't even overclock these cards. Two bad cards in a row. What are the chances?!

That's too bad, but it does happen. I'm looking to bump up to a GTX 780, and I'm thinking long and hard about a reference PNY, just for the lifetime warranty. It's a tough call, I'd really like an Asus DirectCU, but my case doesn't have the best airflow, so I'm a bit stuck.

I just received another brand new replacement card in the mail today. I hope this card lasts longer than the other 2 did. Maybe third time will be the charm!

Check the ASIC score to see if you got a high quality GPU >>>
GPU-Z > right-click on the title bar > "Read ASIC quality..."

When I got my RMA, the ASIC quality of the new chip was significantly higher than my original card. The new one runs at a lower default voltage and as a result is quieter and cooler and overclocks better.
