HI.I JUST BUILD A PC but wene i conect to power it going on with out press the power switch.after dont close only if i pull out the power.the power switch cable is at the right conector.anybody can help me; sorry for my eglish
 
So as soon as you plug in the computer it turns on by itself, and won't turn off unless you unplug it?

Make sure you only have standoffs where they should be underneath the motherboard, to ensure nothing is shorting the board.

A bad PCI card can cause this problem as well. You can try removing them one by one and see if the problem goes away. (Obvisuly don't remove them while it is on!)

If your board has a square 4-pin power connector on it, make sure you connect the square 4-pin plug from the power supply. If your power supply is old, it might not have that connection. The name of this 4-pin square plug is "ATX 12v".

i clear the cmos and now working.now the problem is tha monitor dont start with the pc.is blank.so i cant set the bios.this is my firts pc i try to buld.anybody can help me;thanks

When you say the monitor doesnt come on, do you mean the hard drives spin up and the computer boots normally as far as you can tell, or do the fans come on but it just sits there and does nothing with no hard drive activity?
