Point to Point connection

I want to set up a point to point bridge over about 9 KM i was wondering

a) what type of router i would need
b) do i need a license for this
c) what kind of antennas i will need
d) and this should probably be a) but can it be done?

Yes it can be done but in you will need line of sight. Router is not important the wireless bridge equipment is. Proxim supply this sort of kit, I hope you have deep pockets! Ubiquiti airfibre can also achieve this on the 24Ghz spectrum which is license free. You are looking at 3000$$ + for the pair.
