What console has come out since pokemon's debut and *not* had a pokemon
game on it?

Anyhow, yeah I think so. The next generation of games (excluding
Emerald, as it is part of the R/S generation) will most probably be on
the DS. Diamond and Pearl, was it?

Right, okay. Pokemon Dash and the next gen games are likely to be on the
DS. When I say it doesn't count, I mean it is generally not seen as a
real pokemon game, just a spinoff.

I guess that is a good point but I was defining them as Pokemon RPGs which
leaves out games like Dash and Pinball.

I didn't realize you could do that...hmmm, it almost makes Dash
interesting - but not quite.
