Greetings:

I need Help. Does anyone seen this kind of error message before with
error code 5 at the end?

Windows cannot access the registry information at
\\domain\SysVol\domain\Policies\{FAF8CA21-8DE0-4E24-A702-E0F11DD
EF5C8}\User\registry.pol
with (5).

Any help is greatly appriciated.

Whenever you see a status 5 in a return code from any windows OS or
application, it is almost always an access denied.
So you should first find out if the user/computer that is failing to apply
this policy actually has read and apply access to this file.
