There is very little information on this PSU not i would say it's a no go. As a general guide I try to stay with Antec, Corsair, Seasonic (highly recommended) or XFX (highly recommended) Honestly the power supply is not a place you want to skimp out on. When it goes it has the potential to take everything else with it.

With my characteristics what frequency should I have at least? I heard some nice comments about the PSU , could you look on characteristics and say if it's doing it's ''750W'' or something even close? Thanks

What country are you in? Any reference to this supply seem to mostly Russian pages. It doesn't appear as a PSU manufacturer on Tom's psu guide nor does it show up on any tier list of supplies. That makes it a generic power supply and should be avoided.

For a 280X you would want a good 600W or more. I would highly recommed the XFX 650W supply. You can get the semi-modular or non-modular.

550W Psu won't handle that PC , how'd you think 650-700W would be enough? I also want some Watts left for overlocking or small upgrades like audicard or smth

A true 550w psu should be able to handle it. 600w to 700w is certainly enough but remember to stick to those 4 brands I referred to in a previous post.

In my country those products costs more , what do u think about - Chieftec GPS-700A8 model? Chieftec is well-known brand , if that's PSU is not good , I think I will get somer money and take better one from XFX or like it

As I stated before you DO NOT want to skimp out on your PSU because if it goes it has the potential to fry everything else. I unfortunately could not find much info on the PSU you refered to and can not give an honest opinion.

The Chieftec is decent it's made by CWT who make the majority of Corsair supplies , it has 2 - 8 pins and 54 amps on the 12v rail.

I don't think much of Chieftec either. Trust me get an XFX. It is worth the extra money. Think of the PSU as the lifeblood to the computer. It powers everything in that computer and has the ability to destroy everything too. So, do you want a good unit that will sacrifice itself rather than taking out your Motherboard, CPU, Memory, Grahics Cards, or do you want to gamble with a cheap unit?

The link gave me a DNS failure. Could be my lovely network at work but it is still a no go for me.
