Hello guys, I am experiencing poor performance in Battlefield 4.

I am running 2 liquid cooled 7970s in crossfire with a i7 3970x CPU, 16 Gbs of Kingston HyperX Beast 2133Mhz ram and a Silverstone 1000w power supply.

In multiplayer I'm getting an average of 55 FPS running on Ultra settings 1080p. However sometimes I get huge drops in the 20s. Ive looked at 7970 CF benchmarks and I am suppose to be getting around 100 FPS. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: And yes I do have the latest drivers

Thank you!

Solution
You run the game with mantle by changing ingame settings. There should be an option called (API) in graphic settings . It should be in Directx currently. You can change that to mantle.

The cards are running at 45C under load. I have them liquid cooled. And excuse my ignorance but how do I go about enabling mantle? I do not see the option..
