Poor FPS in gaming

Processor: Intel R core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4CPUs), ~3.2GHz
memory: 8192MB RAM

My friend can play battlefield 1 really smooth on high with almost same specs as me, where i am lagging seriously with low FPS or sometimes lag spikes which makes my FPS drops to zero. Can anyone plz help mee! (((

do you monitor cpu temps?

erm i juz started a conquest on battlefield and after playing around half an hour i immediately recorded the temperature according to the programme ya sent me
