Poor internet connection on one device, good on the other

I use my wifi which has 10Mb/s, every device with wifi access if connected to it. Since few days ago it started being really really slow, it took me 3 minutes to open all this on tomshardware. When i want to play games it's lagging but when i put something to download i get max download speed. I have phone which is right next to my computer and there's no problem with wifi, i can watch 2 hours videos on youtube with no problem but i can barely open youtube on my pc.

Could this be some virus or should i wait and see does it fix on its own ?

Reboot the router, see if the helps. Are the devices with the issues far from the router? Are there new wireless signals around, from a new phone/microwave/neighbors? Install a program INSSIDER on your phone and run it, it will show you the wireless signals and how strong they are and what channels have the most signals. You can then change channels to one that is less used by other signals in your area, that may help.
