Poor man's PC build

I have a limited budget of 15k-16k php (300$), should I go for
CPU:
g4560 (67$-70$) or
a8-7600(64$-71$)

MBD:
b250m mortar (95$-100$) or
Hi-Fi a7ou3p (40$)

PSU:
s12II 520w non modular (57$) or
thermaltake smart rgb 500w (51$)

gtx 750 ti 2gb (58$- 68$)

RAM:

Monitor 18" (40$)
mouse, mouse pad and keyboard (10$-15$)

I'm from phlippines and I've been searching through shops and websites in my area and based on my budget I think these are the only one I could get but I saw some promo about a10-7700k about 65$ so yeah I might get that instead. Any recommendation is appreciated thank you.

i would personally just buy a cheap second hand mouse pad choose the b250m mortar,s12II 520w non modular,1x4 1600 MHz ddr3, and the g4560. hope this helps

the intel g4560 and the matching motherboard.
the s12ii over the thermaltake anyday
if you can get 2 x 2GB sticks you can use dual channel memory. 2 smaller matched sticks are faster than one large stick. only get matched sets if you cannot find a kit get the single stick. mixing ram is a gamble.

the mortar is a DDR4 only board. the mortar is the matching board for the g4560

yeah I would buy those extra peripherals when I could get extra cash left from the system unit.

I read something about dual voltage, is it different from dual channel?, I think I could find a 2x2gb but might take some time since it's a ddr4 module, for the PSU I was planning on seasonic in the first place I just want to confirm if it's any good.

either u extend the budget / get some used PC and slam in a GTX 1050/Ti instead [office prebuilt i5 + 1050/Ti will play most games just fine, but they will have limited upgradablity]

the g4560 can run with DDR3L ( the L means low voltage) memory if the motherboard has DDR3L slots which the mortar does not. DDR4 only.
dual channel memory is like...
imagine need to dictate a book to the person on the other end of the phone line. this is single channel memory. you are the RAM the the other end is the CPU.
dual channel gives each stick it own dedicated phone line to the CPU. the work gets done faster, the RAM is not talking over each other so to speak.
not a perfect analogy but I hope you understand the basics.

since opting for a self build is pretty out of budget here, my best bet is on the prebuilt + external GPU

before u're putting the GTX 1050 on the list, make sure u manage to find a decent office prebuilt first [something in the line of i3 2130 / i5 2500 / i7 2600 + HDD + 4 / 8 GB of RAM] after that, u can determined how much budget u have left for the GPU

I'll try getting a prebuilt or maybe a bundle then I'll update the post about the budget
