[SOLVED] Poor perfomance ryzen 5 3600 rtx 2060

I've got a pc with
Asus Geforce RTX 2060 OC 6GB
Ryzen 5 3600 overclocked to 4.3ghz
RAM kit, vegenance lpx ddr4 8x2 3200mhz (i turned on the xmp profile)
Cooler master BRONZE 500w psu
and be quiet pure rock radiator with
Gigabyte aorus elite v2 b550
LG 144hz monitor

The issue is, in battlefield i get frame drops to 5-10 fps, Settings dont matter, fps boost configs dont help too. Nvidia control panel is set to perfomance mode.
FFR is ON, everything is optimized, setting the settings on low doesnt help either no V-SYNC turned on.

In csgo i expirience the same issue, fps doesnt go up to 300, stuck at about 150-170, no V-SYNC turned on.
I have absolutely no idea why and how to fix it

Not much jumps out there.
Another test......boot the machine and let it sit for 5 mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.
Post a LINK to the results page.

Be sure to closeout all unnecessary apps/programs not needed from running durning benchmark.
There was 10% background use in the last run.

Also check the samsung m.2 for driver / firmware updates.
