Question Poor performance after disassembly

I've disassembled my laptop to clean it from dust. After reassembly I've noticed that the performance has worsened, especially in games. The fps seems to be waaay lower than before. What could cause the problem?

Laptop: ASUS ROG GL752VW
i7, 8gb ram, 2gb Nvidia GTX960M

First thought is a cooler is not seated correctly and something is overheating. What are the cpu and gpu temperatures when you notice this loss in performance?

Did you remove the heatsinks? Repaste the heatsinks and reseat all the thermal pads if applicable.

CPU is 55°C and GPU is about the same temperature. Guess I'm gonna disassemble it once again and check if everything is seated correctly.

I've also noticed that some of my games are using integrated gpu now. I have no idea
