Question Poor performance after VBIOS update

Hi, i've updated vbios from the stok to enable secure boot, firstly i've used some wrong bios got error 43 backflashed and found another vbios that worked just fine, but now my gpu works very poorly, in World of Tanks benchmark earlier i've got 18500 point, now around 9-10k, what's the problem here? GPU detects fine, driver installs normally, how can i fix that?
My GPU is Radeon RX 580 8GB Sapphire Pulse

oh, sorry, forget about it, yes, i've tried every vbios from techpowerup with hynix memory

i'm using default.rom rn, now i disassembled gpu and found markings p010-0246-10 and 109-d00947-00b_02 on pcb, i surely have hynix memory, but my chip was polished, so from now on i can't be sure that i have 580 at all, but it worked all time on 1366mhz and 2000mhz memory, so it's not looks like not rx 580
