So im getting really bad frames on my rig around 100 - 200ish on csgo also getting really random fps drops will be sitting on like 150 fps then it just dips to like 10 or 0 but what i think is the problem and just thought i should ask before re arranging my whole room was that my pc is receiving a lack of power i have a long 15 foot exstension cord plugged in to a normal 6 prong with all 6 drawing power to something and was curious if my bad performance is because of there not being enough power to the pc i know my rig is not the problem ill leave my specs below

My rig
GTX 1070
i7 6700k
8 gigs of ram

That PSU is plenty adequate for your spec. Try another outlet with the PC plugged in by itself, and no 15' extension cord. The extension cord itself is a bad idea, especially if it's not a grounded 3 prong one.

Great, but don't take overloaded outlets for granted either. I've seen a couple cases of it. My friend's PS4 was lagging and freezing like hell, then when we plugged his TV into a different outlet, it ran fine. I did the same with an audio system I used to have and got better volume.
