Poor Performance NotRight

Hey I have a PowerMax X400 LED IntelQuad Core i5 GTX960 8GB DDR4 Gaming Desktop PC and it won't run games very well? Even just games like world of war craft but my GeForce is suggesting high end graphic settings but won't run very well when I play it please help

Need details about what is "not running very well", what settings are you on and what is the FPS it's showing. What games have you tested with what results?
