[SOLVED] Poor performance on processor and RAM

Hi all, I'm getting disappointing performance on my gaming rig. UserBenchmark indicates my processor and especially my RAM are problem areas. I've included UserBenchmarks with HWMonitor info taken at the time of the benchmark and DxDiag. To clarify this is a new build I made in early January and I've always had these issues. Can someone help me with this? Thanks so much!

What ACTUAL speed is your memory running at?

Is D.O.C.P enabled in the BIOS or is a manual speed and timings configured?

DO you have the MOST recent motherboard BIOS version installed?

WHICH DIMM slots are your sticks installed in?

Download and install CPU-Z. Take screenshots of the memory tab and the SPD tab. On the SPD tab you will need to choose a DIMM slot from the drop down menu that actually contains a DIMM in order to populate the fields to the right.

Post the screenshots here.

There seems to be a discrepancy as well because userbenchmark is reporting your memory kit as a 3000mhz kit while your link indicates it is a 3200mhz kit. Knowing what speed that kit is SUPPOSED to be and what speed it is actually running at, PLUS...

There seems to be a discrepancy as well because userbenchmark is reporting your memory kit as a 3000mhz kit while your link indicates it is a 3200mhz kit. Knowing what speed that kit is SUPPOSED to be and what speed it is actually running at, PLUS whether or not it is actually running in dual channel, will likely lead to discovery of why you are getting poor results. It's possible it may simply be because you have it configured for 3000mhz when it is a 3200mhz kit, and that is is actually performing fine for the current configuration but not fine for the advertised specifications.
