Poor performance with Intel HD 530 Graphics

Built my new PC today, with the following specs:
i5 6500
Gigabyte H110M S2H
Crucial 8gb DDR4 2133Mhz
Transcend 370S SSD
NZXT Source 210 Elite
Seasonic S12 II 520W

The PC is performing wonderfully in general use, as everything loads instantly and everything is very snappy.

However, it underperforms in graphically intensive tasks. Examples are:
-YouTube playback is quite choppy at 1080p 60fps
-I'm getting 40fps at Low Settings on Counter-Strike Global Offensive, whereas I've seen similar computers achieving ~80fps at High Settings.

As far as drivers go, I believe I've got updated drivers for the 530, Lan port and Audio.

What's the problem?

Integrated graphics (especially by Intel) are not good to begin with, would highly recommend getting a graphics card, even a cheap one.

I evaluated that HD Graphics would be fine for now, as my gaming needs aren't demanding at the moment.

He has CSGO at 1080p high settings, and is getting 80fps with the HD 530. I can only achieve that sort of frame-rate if I drop to 720p...

Has to be a heat issue any idea what your temps are and are you useing the stock intel Heatsink?

Using the stock intel heatsink, around 30-35 Degrees (Celsius) when I'm playing CSGO. Don't think it's a heat problem.

How much RAM have you dedicated to the iGPU? Try upping it in the BIOS. The iGPU shares system RAM and needs manually changing

When I'm in DXDiag, it says that the 530 has 4gb of total approximate memory, so I'm not sure if that's the problem.

 

[To tech or not to tech]

You can check videos that show in game performance on the internet.If you can sacrifice on on quality you can play some games like gta v, if you want good grafics you can only play alder games such as LOL, DOTA,CS;GO ,Bioshock infinite ,even Arma 3. Se for yourself :
