Hello, recently got a gpu from a friend (RX 5600XT) and when I installed it in my case, the PC won't boot anymore, nor give any output to the monitors/mouse/keyboard.
I have the following configuration (w/o the gpu):
I5 6500
PSU 500W Sirtec, 80 bronze, 85%
Mobo B150M-HDS AsRock
2x8GB 2133 Hyperx RAM
The system turns on with minor issues without the RX 5600XT, on the on-board graphics, turns on with a GT 630 for tests. Enabled the On-board graphics from the bios and made it the main gpu momentarily, but the system won't turn on at all. Not even the BIOS screen.
Reseated the RAM, GPU, CPU, wires multiple times, tested with the bare minimum regarding of wires, but can't make it to boot up. All graphic drivers have been deleted as well (prior had another AMD and an nvidia gpu), except the Intel ones.
I know for a fact that the GPU works and I suppose the issue's with the PSU, but it has enough power to boot up the system, 37.5A on the 12V rail, CPU consuming up to 60W and GPU up to 200W (exaggerated numbers).
Tried both 6+2 connectors from the PSU as well.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
