Poor Preformance Gta 5

Hi everyone! I recently got a new build and loaded up Gta 5. I'm gaming at 1080p 144hz using only fxaa, very high on all settings, advanced graphics off, yet I am getting 60-75 fps in game. My gpu and cpu temps are fine usually between 55-60 degrees Celsius while under load. My bios is up to date. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

My Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8 Ghz w/ stock cooler
Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR4 @3000 MHz
Asus Rog Strix 1080
MSI B350m Gaming Pro
Evga 650w Gold

You have good specs and getting this much fps is but disappointing. If I would have been going through this case then I would have updated my systems drives instantly and checked if I am getting the same issue or not.
