Pop up windows with text very unclear and pixelated but all other text works fine like internet desktop icons so on

if i open file exsplorer its all good but if i download a game and asks for installation path the box that comes up is very bad and not clear at all seems to be any installing / running programs with any other download seem legit like i have a pc from the 1800s
