Question Port 53 opens when I click "Change Adapter Settings" in Control Panel ?

I'm on Windows 10, and just received a new modem/router, with everything connected and running.
One thing that concerns me however is this new, specific activity that I see when running the Netstat command, and it only occurs on my PC, not on my Windows 11 laptop

Originally I wanted to turn off IPv6 and initially, I did, via Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Properties

I turned it off for both the Wifi and Ethernet, but then I figured it would be a bad idea so I re-enabled it for both. That's when I noticed in CMD, when typing "netstat -ano", several connections for the default gateway IP of my router (192.168, you know the one I'm talking about) were active on Port 53.

I retested this by constantly going into Control Panel, clicking "Change Adapter Settings", and disabling IPv6 for Wifi and Ethernet, before re-enabling them again. Every time I did this, Port 53 would open with several connections to the default gateway IP for the router. There are 2 things I understand even less though . . . .

The first is that this only happens on my PC, it doesn't occur on my laptop even when I try to disable and reenable IPv6 in the Change Adapter Properties settings. I don't have Ethernet on my laptop though so I could only test this with the Wifi properties.

The second is that when I actually go to my router's settings on my PC, by typing the IP address into Chrome and inputting my password, I do see the IP in netstat; however, it opens on Port 80, which makes sense

I'm pretty sure, after constant testing, that Port 53 doesn't open with a connection to the default router IP address until I disable/enable a setting on the Ethernet properties.

I kept typing "netstat -ano" with every click I did in Control Panel and tested if Port 53 w/ the default IPs open when disabling IPv6 on the Wifi; however, it did nothing

When I disabled IPv6 on the Ethernet however, Port 53 opened on the default router IPs

Why does this happen? is this something to be concerned about? specifically the fact that it's Port 53 opening on the router's gateway IP ?

I'm not sure if this is how you accurately check which Ports are open, but I looked carefully through the "netstat -ano" and I do not see any Port 53's listening or active once they go away after mingling with the Ethernet properties in Control Panel, which I assume means the port is closed?

Again, I'm confused and concerned so any insight is appreciated.
