Port Fordwarding issue

Hi people, im having trouble setting up a server of Ark Survival Evolved
I have both, modem/router and Router on my network
I forwarded mi pc connected to the router and then i forwarded the router ip also on my internet conection router...
but it not work!
But, if i connect my pc directly to the internet modem/router, it works just fine when i forward the assigned ip of my pc...
Theoretically im doing thins fine:

Fibertel MODEM/ROUTER: 192.168.0.1
It assigns to my router tp link: 192.168.0.13
Local tp link ip: 192.168.1.1
My ip: 192.168.1.100

Fordwarding: on fibertel router: ports 27015 and 7777 TCP and UDP from ip 192.168.0.13(tp link router)
Forwarding on tp link router: ports 27015 and 7777 TCP and UDP from ip 192.168.1.100(my pc static ip)

What im doing wrong?

Why are you using two routers for such a flat network. What are your subnet masks? Is your second router plugged into the WAN port of the of the first or a LAN port?

Hi, thanks for reply... dont know what the f*** i did, but it works now, probably something about firmware cos i upgrade it to the last one.
I use two routers cos the first is Cable Modem Router of my provider and it's short in specs for my home configuration (external usb drives shared, printer, decent wifi connection). Thats the reason for the second Router wich fulfill my expectations.
Aparently the config was right but only the firewall option was disabled, and when i update the firmware it enables the firewall and now magically is working.
