Port Forwarding for hosting games.

Hi there!

I have a problem , when I try to port forward and host a game server I can't. I tried to enter the server from another PC and looked to www.canyouseeme.org to see if my port is open but it wasn't. My router is Huawei HG655b and I have a static IP. Please help me... I'll post a screenshot about what I've done.

I've made everything that tutorials said(Port forwarding, allow firewall,made the server) I don't really know a lot about PF but I really hope that someone can help me resolve this problem.
